Lead Product Manager — Security Command Center Standard & PLG

Google · New York

  • Led a 50+ person matrixed team across five product areas to revamp SCC Standard — GCP's free security tier — into a native security and compliance fabric, auto-enabling scanning for ~88K organizations (119% of target) in 9 months.
  • Spearheaded SCC's Product-Led Growth strategy: one-click trials embedded in developer-facing GCP consoles (GCE, GKE, IAM) drove ~6,200 of ~7,819 activations with 79% trial-to-paid conversion — lifting a historically ~16% trial attach rate.
  • Designed an adoption engine executing a "shift down and left" strategy — grounded in UX research on non-security developer workflows — positioning GCP as infrastructure for agentic workloads.
  • Mentored a junior rotational PM through to her successful internal conversion, coaching her UX research and pricing workstreams.

Lead Product Manager & Team Founder — Ads Safety AI Solutions

Google · Zurich

  • Founded the team building LLM-based protections for regulated ad verticals (government documents, home emergency services) beyond financial and health services.

  • Partnered with product counsel to translate regulatory requirements into LLM technical specifications; represented Google's product mechanics to external counsel in antitrust litigation investigations.
